Shipping and Returns
Delivery packages: Your Pocket Pair ships together in one package. The Everyday Duo and Everyday Trio each ship in two packages, with a separate tracking number for each package. In the Trio, both Pocket Totes ship together in one package, and the CarryAll Tote ships in the other. CarryAll Pairs may ship in separate packages. Separate packages may arrive on different days. Shipping is free for every package.

SHIPPING COSTS & DESTINATIONS
CLIVOA offers free shipping to the United States and supported destinations across Europe. Availability for your country and postal code is confirmed at checkout. If your delivery address is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Estimated processing time is 1–3 days for both the CLIVOA Pocket Tote and CLIVOA™ CarryAll Tote. This is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch and is separate from the delivery period. Some orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability and order volume.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time is 5–11 days after dispatch for both products. This estimate does not include order processing time.
All processing and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Some orders may take longer due to the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, holidays or other delivery conditions. Please allow extra time when ordering for a specific date.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please provide your full name and complete delivery address, including any apartment or unit number and the correct postal code. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible. Address changes depend on the order’s fulfillment status and may not be possible once it has been dispatched.

30 DAYS
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a change-of-mind return.
1. OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests for the CLIVOA Pocket Tote and CLIVOA™ CarryAll Tote within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Under this voluntary policy, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with any included accessories and tags. Please include the original packaging where possible. These conditions do not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights or your rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email support.clivoa@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout and the item you wish to return. You may share a reason to help us assist you, but no reason is required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
Contact us for the correct return address and shipping instructions before sending your parcel. The address on the original shipping label may not be a return address. Our response or approval is not required for a valid, timely notice of statutory withdrawal.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you change your mind: you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Free shipping on your original order does not include free return shipping.
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect: CLIVOA will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method or another appropriate solution.
4. PACKING YOUR RETURN
Please pack your item securely and include your order number inside the parcel. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your postage receipt and tracking details as evidence of dispatch.
5. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match your order. Include a description and, where possible, clear photographs to help us assess the issue. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your legal rights concerning faulty goods.
6. REFUNDS
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Eligible refunds cover the amount paid for the returned item and will be issued promptly to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Earlier statutory refund deadlines take priority.
Customer-paid return postage for a change-of-mind return is not reimbursed, except where required by law. We do not deduct the original cost of our free outbound shipping from your refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display a refund after it has been issued.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery and may need to handle your request through the return process. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights.
8. EU STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where EU consumer law applies, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to our support email. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.
We will reimburse payments due under applicable law, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable, without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. You may inspect the goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any deduction for diminished value caused by additional handling will be made only where permitted by law.
9. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy is additional to your statutory rights. Nothing here excludes or limits mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, legal guarantees, faulty goods, refunds or other consumer protections. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law applies.

Yes. Each bag in your Pair, Duo or Trio has its own color selector.

Will my set arrive in one package?
Your Pocket Pair ships together in one package. Your Everyday Duo or Everyday Trio ships in two packages, each with its own tracking number. For the Trio, the two Pocket Totes ship together, and the CarryAll Tote ships separately. CarryAll Pairs may ship in separate packages. Separate packages may arrive on different days. Shipping is free for all packages.

Wanted to love but without a bag closure it's a no
Wanted to love as it is convenient to attach to any purse or backpack....but hate that it does not have a closure once the bag is in use. I used it on a recent shopping trip in Italy and was disappointed that it the bag was not secure with magnetic or snap closure. Otherwise the bag is well constructed just needs to have an option to close.
Second, I purchased the additional clasps, and they are difficult to remove the original clast for a different size clasp.
